This new teddy bear with a growler was different from his predecessors, both visually and in his technical design. He had large ears and a pointed muzzle that gave him a childlike look. With his big light-blue moveable eyes, he could appear merry and cheerful or sometimes confused or maybe just day dreaming in his own little world. These unique glass eyes were designed for that very reason, to gift him with multiple expressions. For this highly valued and exceptional replica teddy bear , the mohair is made in the same way as it would have been made for the original. PETSY teddy bear is hand-stuffed with fine wood shavings. His inimitable facial expression is not only created by his glass eyes but also by his hand-stitched nose, originally red but now faded over the course of time to a light copper colour. But as in the original, the red can still be seen in the underlying felt disc.
